Realty NET One Percent Commission
The concept behind Realty NET's One Percent program is that we provide you full service but at a discount commission. For that full service on MLS® we charge 1% of the sale price as a listing commission plus $599 marketing flat fee. The '$599' marketing fee is paid up front and compensates us for setting up the initial marketing your home. Our agents provide most of the same services as you would receive from a traditional full price agent. Your 1% agent will help you determine the appropriate listing price, list your home on the MLS® service, set up a Showcase Listing on Realtor.com, enter the listing on the RealtyNETllc.com website, upload your digital photos, place a house for sale sign, show your home to prospective Buyers, provide you advice and assistance along the way. Our goal, like yours, is to sell your home.
